Anna Draggota, PhD

Anna is a social scientist who uses research to create workplaces that value people because—and not in spite—of who they are. She has worked with companies of various sizes and industries to bring inclusion into their HR processes. She specializes in using mixed methods research to zero in on an organization’s key challenges and uses behavioral science to craft custom strategies meant to address these challenges. Anna is a Greek and Dutch native and holds two master’s degrees in Psychology. She received a PhD in Social and Biological-Health Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Research Methodology from the University of Pittsburgh.
